Trattoria Acqua will have the pleasure of presenting the gifts of the sea
to you for the entire summer. Imagine yourself sitting in a seaside trattoria
in Naples, Italy enjoying the freshest of shellfish and seafood dishes made
with ingredients right from the Mediterranean Sea. Instead of flying to
Italy to have this experience, we will fly the fish and shellfish directly
to you.
The following are just a few of the items we will be offering:
Orata (Halibut), Branzino (Seabass) , Marmora (Purple Snapper), Royal Scampi,
Spiny Lobster, Accuga (Sardines), San Pietro (John Dory), Triglia (Red Mullet),
Rombo (Turbot) and Acquarelle.
Each day, under the direction of Executive Chef/Proprietor Damaso Lee, we
will offer 4-5 different dishes prepared either as appetizers or as entrees.
In addition we will offer some of the finest Italian wines that will compliment
these dishes at special prices-by the glass and by the bottle. You don't
have to fly twelve hours to have a great Italian seafood meal, just come
to Trattoria Acqua this summer.
